*Support requests will be performed using the time allotted in your care plan. If a request takes more time than your monthly plan, we will invoice at a discounted rate of $50/hour to complete the request.

*If your site has been hacked and/or infected with malware it will need special attention to clean and remove all the malicious scripts and code that are infecting it. This may incur additional fees for the time involved to perform this service.

No. Like a lawyer’s retainer, the monthly time is there for you every month to be taken care of by our staff and our resources, therefore it does not rollover. You can take comfort in the fact that what you will request within that 60/120 minutes of time (depending on your plan) will be addressed by our team with priority attention.

The whole purpose of website care plans is preventative care, so we hope to prevent anything from happening. However, in the case something happens to your website, we will investigate the cause, communicate with your web host if needed, and get you back online as soon as possible. We cannot promise your website will not be hacked, but can promise we use security features that are designed to prevent it, as well monitoring and backing up your site regularly.

We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. After signup, cards are auto-charged each month on a recurring basis until you decide to cancel or upgrade your plan.

None. We are all about a relationship with you and your website, so we would hate to see you go but we know financial needs weigh on many decisions and don’t want to lock anyone in. We believe in earning your business month after month, and you can cancel your service with us at any time. Although we really hope that doesn’t happen.

The most common requests are content update requests and small design improvements, however anything that can fit into your monthly support time is free game. We just ask you to be aware that requests for new features to your website will likely result in a formal quote as those commonly go over the monthly dedicated time.

Although these plans are for sites we build or re-design, we welcome clients who are looking for a long term relationship with a dedicated web company.

First, we will perform a Website Evaluation to become familiar with the website, how it was built and any potential issues that can arise. With the evaluation we will perform all the “Website Updates and Monitoring” tasks and make a full backup. Second, we provide a report that lists issues to fix and suggestions for improvement needed in order to proceed with the website on a monthly plan. Based on your type of website, this Website Evaluation is a fixed 4-hour fee.

A site that has been hacked and/or infected with malware needs special attention to clean and remove all the malicious scripts and code that are infecting it. If we add you as a client, we can certainly assist in repairing your site and installing security features to help prevent future attacks.

Sometimes the results of an update are unexpected and things break. In those rare scenarios, we quickly repair the issue and contact the plugin or theme author so they can work on patching the issue.
