Note:

Support time tasks do not cover advanced features such as installing a complete online shop or membership section to your site. Common tasks include: Content updates, Plugin research and setup, Theme or stylesheet changes, Embedding 3rd-party scripts, Server or DNS changes, Configuring forms, General WP questions and assistance.

There is no contract for any of these plans and you are free to cancel any time. These plans are offered on a subscription basis and do need to be paid monthly in advance.

*Email not included with web hosting. The reason this is not included is because webmail included with most web hosting is notoriously unreliable. We recommend that you utilize a service such as Google GSuite, Office 365 or Zoho to handle your email. The first benefit to doing this is reliability - you're using high-quality servers to handle your email, which means less spam hitting your inbox. The second benefit is if your site goes down temporarily for some reason, you should still be able to send and receive emails without interruption.
