Features

WordPress uses themes that can be installed and switched between, which means you can change the look of your site very easily, and includes widgets that can be rearranged without editing PHP or HTML code. WordPress also features integrated link management; a search engine-friendly, clean permalink structure; and support for tagging of posts and articles.

Finally, WordPress has a rich plugin architecture which allows users and developers to extend its functionality beyond the features that come as part of the base install. Some plugins help the user to make certain tasks easier, such as adding video to your site.
